Netbook: Acer Aspire One D250 declined in Windows versions 7 and Android

Netbook : l'Acer Aspire One D250 décliné en versions Windows 7 et AndroidThe manufacturer will benefit from the worldwide launch of Windows 7 October 22 to release a new version of its Aspire One netbook D250 in Japan. For the U.S., Acer has provided a version of his machine with Windows and Android.

Released in April, the Aspire One netbook Acer D250 gain a second life with the commercial launch of a new version equipped with the Starter edition of Windows 7. Acer will also benefit from the launch of the operating system from Microsoft October 22 for release this netbook in Japan initially. It will be sold for 46 800 yen or 553 dollars, the equivalent of 373 euros.

As in the original version, the D250 features a 10.1-inch screen whose definition has been increased to 1280x720 pixels. Under the hood, there is an Atom N280 processor at 1.66GHz, a hard disk of 160 GB, 1 GB of DDR2 RAM and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and Ethernet.

And do not put all your eggs in one basket, Acer plans to release a version of the Aspire One D250 with not one but two operating systems! Already available for pre-order in the U.S. on Amazon, this version offers a dual boot Android / Windows XP for $ 349. Acer also consider leaving the same product but with Android and Windows 7 this time.
